Very exciting news! I just received word that one of my plays has been selected for the largest production I've had to date! The show will be at the Hudson Guild Theater, at 441 W. 26 St.(between 9th and 10th Avenues) in the center of Manhattan. Our show dates are September 7th (9pm), 9th (1pm), and 10th (6pm). The proscenium stage is 27' 6" wide, 11' 10" high and approximately 29' deep at the center. Upstage from the proscenium, the stage is approximately 17' high from deck to grid.

We currently need one actor, one actress, a high tech, a sound tech, and designers. Please contact me or Christina Baurle, the director.
About Emotion Sensitive:
Synopsis- A lonely widower invites a prostitute back to his apartment for some drinks, some company, and some nostalgia. While the woman of the night assumes she is in for a typical of evening of carnal acts, sex is the furthest thing from her client's mind.
Characters-
Ido: A man in his mid-late thirties who has lost everything in the past few months; his wife, his job, and his will to live. While occasionally infuriating with his "sad sack" mentality he is an endearing man with a tragic story who one can't help but root for.
Helen: A prostitute in her early 30's. Despite her uncouth demeanor and "wrong side of the tracks" upbringing, she seems to have a soft spot for Ido.
According to their congratulatory email, "please know that we choose the most original, fresh and dynamic plays or musicals from among the submissions we receive. We've chosen your work because we believe your show will bing invaluable inspiration to our festival."
